just play on the main road out of town then there won't be any cars coming along
Blizzard like conditions here at the moment, snow blowing about all over the place.
06z NAE indicating Essex has an increased risk at tonight's event, I would expect the MetO to extend early warning into Essex and perhaps Gtr London/Surrey as well.
ah! But the front becomes stationary over us for at least 12 hours tomorrow morning: midnight: http://212.100.247.145/fax/PPVE89.png 12pm: http://212.100.247.145/fax/PPVG89.png
Looking at the radar, and these are the accumulations of snow last night from 21:30 to 09:30 today.
Central/East Kent did best, say the Lenham, Tenterden, Charing area, with at least 8cm (if not more) falling in places.
only the far northern extent of this shower is likely to reach me, the rest will pass to the south. Still that one over Clacton looks nice
But after that one... nothing?
lol I knew this would pop up to
It hasn't been updated at all, for some reason every night around 20 past 11 (it varies by a few mins every night) they say they have updated their map but they actually haven't. Trust me you need to be up at 3am to see the updated proper map.
No they weren't, it was 12:53. I have posted this several times, the Met Office do not update the town forecasts at 1 minute past each our, it just says it does at 1 min past each hour (check again after 11 - I can guarantee it will say 23:01 as the last update then!). If you look at the regional map it is 12:53. That update was for the short range. Saturday night is medium range, so this won't be updated until the early hours when the whole site gets an update. What you see on their site for tomorrow night is what the 0z model said this morning. and still no snow falling here!!
