Tom had to go trolly chasing after a gust of wind sent a trolly rolling towards a car in a wallmart in Nebraska. Believe it or not the owner of the car was not very grateful when we told her. Fair play to Aishley for being quick off the mark to get this one. V Funny.

I get into T1 at about 8:45 so hope to be in T5 at 9:30 ish. See you all then. I have not a single thing done for this. Time to get the finger out.

I can think of a few SPC convective outlook maps that I could overlay onto this.

Good advice there lads. Only bit I'd add is dont pack too much clothes. You'll only need shorts and a T shirt pretty much every day. 1 set of smart casual going out stuff might be a good idea but you probably wont get to use them over there.

Me and Ashley are on that flight as well, two more then we have enough for a game of 5-a-side!. Gutted i'm gonna miss the Champions League Final though
The last time we had more than 3 Netweather people on a BA flight we actually drank the plane dry!

Ive just signed up to tour 3. This is my first time storm chasing but its something I've considered for years.I'm flying out on the BA 11.45 LHR flight on the 19th .
Also booked to stay at the Best western for the night.
look forward to meeting you all and having a few beers.

Which site were you trying to view a stream from? Will see whats behind it and test on my mac? What browser, Safari.. something else?...OK Tried that John , installed the latest version ( 5.0 ) and to no avail
Updated Adobe Flash player too ....
Any other ideas? ...

Go for the 60D if you can stretch to it Dave. I love mine. Still always carry the trusty 450 with it as a backup. On the lens front, make sure you get Canon EFS or compatible. They will work on the APS-C sensor on the 450 / 60 etc but are also backward compatible with full frame sensors if your ever lucky enough to own a Canon with one.

LOL Ian. BTW, your probably missing Silverlight for you Mac for some of the streams. I know severe studios player is Silverlight based.

My poor cameras over the years have taken some abuse from dust, wind, rain and hail. This time last week my DSLR was sat on top of the tri pod in -25C encrusted in frost, lense and all. It then went on to take lots of super shots.

Shame my fingers weren't as god as the camera. Brrr. Just to agree with Arron on one of his last posts. You will only need Shorts and T Shirts. You will be wearing sandals so only whatever socks and Jeans you need for the plane.

Was a fantastic view and kept us entertained during a fairly boring drive because someone robbed the FM radio antenna from our car and wont give it back. Tom!!!!
