    It has been stalled for a while and now seems to be moving away again. By the sounds of it there is not much precipitation coming from it anyway.

    Hope that smear does not stall at Peterborough . . . will be working Friday, Sat n Sunday night and would enjoy a little snow of fun before the dreaded drive at the weekend

    Just come back from Downham Market and its snowing there, some slush and ice left on the road there from yesterday. Had a brief shower here a few minutes ago.

    Little line of showers coming down the east coast starting to make its way inland . . might just get a few more flakes out of it but most seems to be heading for norwich

    Looks like there is a slow melt going on here too, In one way that wouldn't be so bad but then also fancied a snow day. Would be nice to wake up to fresh snow though so fingers crossed. Time for sleep for me been awake over 24 hours after working my last night shift for a few days.

    Well after just over an hour of intensive snow everything is covered, roads included . . looks like the worst of the first stage is over now just have to see if it does the pivot or not

    Nice, makes a change to be in the line of the heavier snow. . . . just finished a night shift so will do my best to stay awake for as much of the snow as I can

    In this area we are in a maybe or maybe not situation. Changes hourly with risk of snow going from 85% to 0% Guess we will just have to see what happens

    Very cold here with the fog getting thicker, currently -1c and falling. Gonna be fun with the cars in the morning if it doesn't get warmer overnight.

    Can hear plenty of distant rumbles again same as there was a few hours ago . . sounds like they are having lots of fun. Some heavy rain here but no nearby rumbles so far

    Just had quite heavy rain with lots of rumbles of thunder . . moved off towards downham market now so it was the 3rd blob that gave thunder and lightening for us
