    Starting to think I live in a different country lovely sunny spells here and a cool breeze. Looks like my spring hunt is going to have to go on hold if current models verify However I have just purchased some toys for the MOD thread just in case it all goes belly Up. C.S

    On shore winds so knock 2c of the HPA So more likely the HPA Are around -5c Ideally we real nead -10 uppers from a NW To stop any marginality.We had the same 10 days ago if I remember correctly Its the Irish Sea that kills us every time for our region. C.S

    But have you seen the predicted Temperature for that time period 5-7c with -5HPA As I have just posted in the NW Thread last week we had -7HPA and that just about delivered some slush to the higher ground. NB The above is reference NW England not Scotland C.S

    A quite frosty start here and skies are clear,looks like no snow here today. Looks like all the snow showers are up to the north of the region. C.S.

    Just had a look at some of the Airport TAFS Around the world to find the coldest How about this one Kangerlussuaq Airport Current Temperature -32c and Heavy Drifting Snow. In comparison Manchester Airport Temperature 3c and Light Rain C.S

    I Agree GFS For Midnight uppers of -6c DP -1 Similar to Tuesday Hail and Sleet for low ground at best C.S

    Some torential hail storms in cheshire at the moment even heard some Thunder but not seen any lightning C.S

    That would agree with the warning from work and the airport taf snow showers from Midnight through until 6am with more tomorrow,and as Muka has pointed out in the Mod thread some models showing a snow event tomorrow evening for the NW C.S
