    Currently having a light snow shower here right now, proper powder snow, it's bitterly cold out there brrrr.......... now getting heavier :lol:

    Yes I'll be the first one on cleeve hill nextweek like a raving lunatic with the dog if we get that much, late jan 2005 I took a trip up there and remember snowdrifts of nearly 2 foot right on the sumit.

    Strong gale force winds here, and moderate to heavy rain in the last hour, it really is wild out there. :o Just been watching my beloved bristol city on sky, and what a monumental achievement we put in to come back from 2.0 down in those dire conditions to finish 2-2 up the reds.

    A hard frost here and the last bitterly cold night for some time now, current temp -4.9c edit -5c now

    Currently cloudy and gloomy here current temp 2.8c This is only the second day in over 11 days where the temp has risen above 1c. You certainly become acustomed to the cold weather so today feels more like 10c than 3c. This milder weather will be a welcome relief for a lot of people

    Yes I find myself looking at the models everyday,for instance this week they have been showing cold potential of many different outcomes or scenarios hopefully the big two lock onto a really cold easterly just in time for xmas now that would make me happy,just the thought of raging zonality showing up in the models in the run up to xmas really depresses me I know it shouldn"t but it does.

    Had temporary snow from the brief northerly we had nearly two weeks ago, it did get quite heavy for a time lasted nearly an hour before turning back two rain.
