All but stopped here. Still clueless but gather this is it for today and now even tomorrow with the storm looks like a fail. I’ve remembered that I don’t like wind and snow. It doesn’t look as nice when it’s not covering roofs and trees

Maybe I confused but wasn’t it showing that this would pass over but then kick the Thames in gear? Or was it basically assumed this was it and it would stall?

I can’t tell if I should be excited or disappointed! Last night was great but despite snowing for near on 5/6hours not much settled and it compacted overnight. Lifut snow falling and settling but would take a year of this to build up decent depth. I want us to be in a red warning lol

As it’s blowing about it’s hard to tell how much has fallen. Fingers crossed we get a few more hours of this

Haha I started an age reveal moderate again here. It’s hard to believe it’s the start of March tomorrow. With the models really struggling who knows what will happen tomorrow, let alone next week. May not have a foot of snow outside (yet ) but this is certainly a spell to remember

Well it’s a shame for the areas close to me. I really expected that this was going to be more wide spread with potential Thames activity. Obviously it’s great to see any areas in our corner getting snow, especially so late in the season. I cant get excited about Friday as if we hit the jackpot it’ll all quickly get thawed and washed away over the weekend. Hopefully something has changed though and next winter will bring something special earlier and feed all our snow appetites.

About to go over the Thames on my train. I’ll make sure I flick the streamer switch as I do. Clearly it has to be down to me

Nothing here overnight in Croydon. Still the trains into london are a mess. Fingers crossed those of us that missed out last night get something today.
