  1. Snowing moderately still here in DA6. Would all Man Utd fans please goto to the NW thread.
  2. He said South East London though. Rochester missed out in 2009 because the streamer was effecting SE London, NW Kent.
  3. Nice pub. I'm sitting here with a bottle of Chairmans Reserve rum, footy on the TV, roast chicken in the oven. Oh and it's snowing as well. Happy Sunday all!
  4. This program on BBC about winter 1963 is superb. How the hell would we cope these days with a winter like that? Imagine 1987, but for 10 weeks over most of the country.
  5. LOL you seem to be this forums bedwetter. Calm down. you're more likely than most tomorrow to get some snow. Even on the latest GFS run
  6. Really, you haven't mentioned it hardly . That's a good total. You were certainly in the sweet spot today, with plenty of chances to top up over the weekend. Light snow continuing in downtown Hexleybeath.
  7. Buzz, spot on. The GFS has been poor in this current set up. Certain posters who favour GFS and have made predictions based on it have been made to look a bit foolish IMO. UKMO/ECM all the way.
  8. Perked up a bit in Bexleyheath. Unexpected, but not complaining.
  9. I can see no end to the cold for at least a week. UKMO shows no respite at all. GFS just cannot handle this pattern. I'd bet the ECM will be closer to the UKMO when it comes out early evening. Wintry times.
  10. Heaviest snow so far here in Bexleyheath as others have been observing. Bitterly cold SE Wind!
  11. Low level cold and dew points from the continent! Beaten to it by SnowKing.
  12. That block is immense. It just stops the Atlantic in its tracks at T120
  13. Wow, that's a ludicrous run. The PV over Canada is coming at us across the Atlantic. About as likely as the UKMO solution at T120. The fax chart looks a more sensible outcome. But in these confused times, who can tell which one is correct?
  14. Looks like it's been modelled incorrectly to rise hence why some forecasts showing raw data have it as rain.
  15. I'm not sure where all this talk of rain is coming from. If the weather front gets here, it'll be snow all the way. If it's the BBC forecasts then there definition drops heavily from day 2. Don't panic peeps.
  16. Unstable, cold, snow sums up that chart. Early next week could end up being special for some.
  17. Latest GFS shows three snowfalls, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, with Snow showers on the way from the North Sea. Could be special early next week!
