About 2-3 cm fallen here on top of the Snow from the last fall, temp. dropping now and off sledgeing with my children tomorrow

Yes I have never seen Snowflakes as big as that in the South of England but witnessed them in the North East in the 78 winter.

Still Snowing moderate not as big flakes as 5 mins ago but about 2cm so far.

I have never seen Flakes as big as this its realy coming down here OMG.

Snowing good here and settling very nice but how long will this last maybe 2 cmm at best but must not complain.

Update: Started Snowing very heavy again.

Light Snow falling now, in the past hour about another 2 cm on top of the earlier 2 cm, looking at the radar it looks like Herts. may get a lot more in a couple of hours, am I right?

Started Snowing Heavy again here in Hrtford, how long will it last does that mean the North Band has slipped further South we were in between the 2 bands?

Let's hope so I thought we were right bang in the line, fingers crossed.

Yes it's very frosty I wonder if any 1 can enlighten us and let us know if East Hertfordshire may get some snow?

Hi there weather people, well well I'm here again I'm not a weather enthusiast like you all but when it comes to snow I live it. Anyway I found this forum just before the Snow last February and I must say you guys got it right that time and I sure hope you are right this time, exciting winter ahead I hope. I'm in Hertford and it looks very very cold outside like I said I'm not a weather person any 1 give me info if Hertford can expect Snow in the next few days I would appreciate that, you guys keep up the good work. I can't sleep because of the prospect of Snow exactly what I was doing last February looking out the window and I saw the first flake around 1 a.m. that time and we got about 14 cm heavy snow. Hope we can expect more of that this Winter, my I'm just like a little kid when it comes to Snow.

We have about 3cm here in Hertford but it's now starting to rain.

It's heavy snow here and settling very well, if we have a few hours of this left and continues as it is it will be a good few centimetres.

It has just started snowing here now.

We are in a valley here the other day it was raining here but when I travelled just a few miles to Stevenage it was heavy snow so not getting my hopes up just yet.

No still rain here in Hertford but the wind is picking up now, high risk of flooding here with melting snow off farmlands etc. running ino the rivers.

Is any 1 watching News 24 some 1 asked the forecaster did this snow come earlier in Devon than forcasted, he side tracked the question. o.m.g. so wrong.

The B.B.C. just had a live interview with a forcaster, trying to cover the not forcasted mistake in Exeter with a live updated forecast.

Started to rain here in Hertford the forecasts here are an absolute joke ha ha ha. When will they get it right this Winter? That's the B.B.C. forecast sorry.

Ha I bet they don't admit they got it wrong to those stuck in their cars in Exeter, I will never trust another weather forecast again after this.

So that is a definite NO then.

Ok I don't trust the B.B.C. forecast anymore so many major wrongs. Can any of you good folk on here tell me if we are going to get snow in Hertford I looked at the B.B.C. forecast earlier and I told my Daughters that they would wake up to snow in the morning if they don't I may as well leave home now and find employment at the Met.0. l.o.l.
