I'm new here so forgive me for saying this but no 1 on here seems to know where the snow will hit, I think that most of us are making a hopeful weather prediction.It's very confusing and annoying to a certain degree when 1 says this and the other says that I don't know what to believe including the B.B.C.

Yes the temp. has dropped a lot in the last 2 hours, it will be interesting because of the lack of grit in this county.

So good people of Herfordshire do you think we will get a lot of snow in the County Town and Ware?

Same here in Hertford, so can we expect a heavy snowfall in East Herts. tomorrow?

Well I'm off to bed now probably won't sleep be looking out of the window every 5 mins. It's heavy snow here did not expect this much 2 cm now on top of lying snow from Monday here in the sticks of outer Hertford.

It's realy coming down very heavy now for the past ten mins. just like we had on Monday morning, we were on the borderline for rain but it is falling as heavy snow now willm this last?

Started snowing in Hertford again quite heavy this time and very windy the temp has dropped quite a bit aswell.

It's stopped snowing here in Hertford now but the sky looks very full still and the wind has picked up a lot. Snowed for about 20 mins a good cm fell.

Yes it's settling seems like the same type of flakes we had on Monday morning.

Thankyou for the welcome, waiting for the snow to arrive here hopefully, yes I'm greedy after what has hit us in Herts. recently but I love Snow, still plenty on the ground here as well. By the way I'm a Toon fan aswell.

Hi my first post on the forum, I have been watching this thread for the past couple of days with great interest so decided to join in. I have noticed a couple of posters from Hertfordshire in the past hour. Just 1 question I live in East Herts and want to know if any 1 can tell me if we are going to get snow here its very confusing some forecast say rain and others heavy snow? By the way I stayed up until 4 a.m. watching the snow here early Monday morning. I never seen anything like it since the Blizzards that I remember when I was young living in Newcastle in 1978-9. We got 8 inches here.
