    Quite intesense sheet lightning and some fork thunder rumbling.It often bounces around the hills here and can make things really exciting at times.

    thunder woke me up here .Intense brief spell of rain , then thunder ,lightning now and deeep deeeep rumbles .Dogs petrified. flashes to the east of me .ooo getting quite exciting lightning wise .........reckon fork lightning any minute

    just been woken up by an intense v short spell of rain and the dog found jus rfore thunder started.I'm nt awake realy so not sure what else has been or is going on .lo. Are you awake too then ??? has it been going long ??

    I have been looking Lol.I did see the moon about an 40 mins ago -I can't see a bloomimg thing now and the sky looks as hough it has "dropped" down .There is a baeutiful orange tinge to them so we could be in for sme rain ............

    wind picking up just now but beautiful clouds across a very full moon .Lovely colours.As for the weather well they did say it was going to be v hit and miss with some people experiencing flooding and others wondering what on earth the fuss was about !

    It is certainly so very muggy and horrid today, work colleagues feeling quite unwell in the heat.Seems like it could be a very very long sticky ol night .

    Had a lovely bright flash 10 mins ago but no thunder.I think it is skippingaround the outskirts of Welly tonight.

    WHOOOO HOOOO sorry folks absolutely gorgeous lightning out in my back garden ...........................I'm in Wellington in Somerset ........ But only one flash of strong lightning .

    Yay in my back yard.My Tv has just had a weird blip and static electricty came off of it.Will have a peek out the window in a moment. Nothing as yet ........................

    Typical I break up from school Tuesday so i guess the weather had to break down .Lol. However back to today, more cloud around ,but sun scorching and very sticky too.

    Whatever the temp out there I for one (and I LOVE the sun and heat long may it continue please) am feeling a little wheezy, headachy and have v swollen painful joints . However it is currently sunny ,with a few clouds (a few looked thundery) and temps 28C.Just beautiful.

    Was still feeling warm /humid at 8.30pm this evening.Cooling down a bit now . Another beautiful day today and another gorgeousday tomorrow.

    Yes you did Dec10 snow.I'm in wellington.Two freaked out dos and two daughters with massive headaches.

    Can't quite believe the wind at the moment .The rain is battering the windows too.

    Varying shades of grey here this morning and a tad fresh.Looking forward to some milder temperatures this coming week..Here's hoping.

    Cold but bright at times.Just cold now.. Would love to see the sun, and more importantly so does my daughter , as she has a vit D defciency and has been quite poorly with.

    Update, i thought it was dry and now it it's not.pouring down gusty winds and car alarms have been set off.
