Well, snow shower in herefordshire has stopped. Has left partial areas of whiteness and about 0.8 mm or so on cars and shed roof and the usual prone places. Didnt expect it, maybe more later?

Heavy snow here again, and looking at the radar more showers should effect me throughout the night, great!

Snow all morning, just light, no more than 1-2 on Stratos's intensity scale, but not really adding to the 2cm overnight. One or two light showers this afternoon but otherwise a steady thaw, fairly dramatic lower down and on slopes with a S'ly aspect. Then around 4-5 a really beefy shower giving around 0.5-1cm of fresh snow: up at above 10 on my intensity scale for a few minutes, and big flakes too. Just a few light flurries since. Good old fashioned winter's day though, though the rate of thaw was disappointing.

Heavy heavy snow in Lincoln now. We've had heavy showers here since 6pm, and they are not letting up. Blizzard conditions atm, and it hasn't stopped now for a good 20 mins this last one.

Temp hovering around -1 to 0c, wind coming from NNE at 16km/h

Hi Snowy Britain!! About 5cm in Hexham today and about 2cm yesterday (21st). Still getting heavy snow showers and accumulating significantly. About -0.5 C at present - perfect for snow. I am at approx. 160m so less at River Tyne level.

Where have all the mild rampers gone!!!:angry:

Yet more snow this evening, another 2cm, I'm getting bored of it now.

The showers seem to be getting a little longer.

Looks like the start of an interesting night.

Just had a snow shower lasting about 10 minutes, and there is another dark cloud looming upon us.

Looking on the radar, hopefully more to come.

Hooray another heavy snow shower just passed, about 10 mins long and because everythings already frozen it settled slightly to yet another max depth of 0.5cm in parts, and every individual flake settled and froze straight off onto the decking and frosty grass! Fourth of the day
