Hello all,

The sun managed to burn off the mist and low cloud by around 9am, leaving the morning very pleasant with clear blue skies and warm sunshine, it clouded over during mid afternoon for about an hour or so, cloud now clearing away again.

After an overcast and misty start the cloud burnt off to give a clear end to the morning. The afternoon and evening remained pleasantly sunny, though cloud did gradually rebuild, threatening some rain later but remaining dry. Temperatures were exceptionally high for mid-September, with the month continuing to be far warmer than August so far.
