I am on the South lancashire coast, there is a dark bank of cummulus to the SouthWest of me Wales is going to get deluged if that is where this cloud is going. The wind has picked up here but would be hard pushed to beat Last Sunday.

Had a storm pass over in Bexleyheath at around 11.20am. Loads of heavy rain - but the strong winds was the scariest part! Feels much colder outside now since the storm.

Very windy and stormy with heavy rain here in Shetland. Wind got up from virtually nothing to Sever Gale 9 within an hour early this morning (approx 0230) currently steady at 35-40 mph with 50-55 mph gusts. Highest gust so far 69 mph at 1100 this morning.

Had a huge hail storm at 6am this morning, there was still slush on the car when i left at 7:30!

Just got to Glasgow and there was a few flashes of lightning about 20mins ago, never heard any thunder though because i was on the train!

Two impressive Thunderstorms here thismorning, with a funnel cloud over the shore.

It went as black as night for over 10 minutes

Hail and Snow and gusts to 55 mph
