lovely captures there Tim!

Ok, I've one lightning shot, from waaaaaay back in 2000. It was taken on an old 35mm point and press Kodak, and was taken during my military days stationed in Butmir Camp, Sarajevo, Bosnia......I remember this storm vividly, It dropped marble sized hail and bigger, caused considerable damage to cars, broken windows etc, and spawned a funnel cloud....anyways, enough ramping from me...enjoy!

Sorry for the poor quality of pic..had to scan the original piccy (taken before the days of digi-cameras!!)

That is a fantastic website! I have the book advertised at the bottom, an interesting little read and the quality of the photographs in it are excellent, possibily the best I have ever seen.

At present trying make a long video of all lightning shots over 15 yrs worth...Taking ages...will post up when finished...

I have unfortunately a video missing..somewhere around house...Probably the best one I taken....I might of accidentally gone over it..

If I find will post up caps as its a really good video on the Devon Coast...around 1995??

I don't have much to show for any thunderstorms around here... mainly because there haven't been any good night time storms since summer 2006 here.

this is a freeze frame from a storm near here sometime in June but that's all ive managed to capture so far. The quality isn't great.

Good pics there aj Looks a similar sky to when we had a hail storm this afternoon.

Pics that I took today before, a really bad hail storm with thunder and lightning hit us at the caravan.

Took this picture whilst doing my deliveries last year, in a place called Stannington Which is just outside Morpeth, I saw this cloud approaching and thought there might be a storm developing, Styed with it for about 10 minuites then i had to carry on doing my deliveries due to time ,
