There is a nice shot of you on your mobility scooter (2nd pic), must of taken you quite a while to get this far north! :)

Just for interest: all those photos where taken between 14m & 50m ASL... I wonder how much places like Sutton Bank got at 300m ASL !

Enjoyed looking at your set of photo WS..

Is the guy in the 4X4 short, or is he just trying to hide his face? :)

Hide his face I would guess... this was about 4 hours after he crashed! I drove past him earlier on! he was waiting for recovery I guess.. I did stop to make sure he was not injured, but he looked fine.

There was anther one through the hedge but that was gone when I drove back past.

This time last week I was up there with work. Shame it's 40 miles from me, i'd have taken a trip to the viewing point and taken some snaps.

I was planning to go up the B1363 to joint the A170 but the B1363 was un-drivable... found out later the road was closed further north and remains closed:

normal B1363; Brandsby

both ways at Town Street closed

B1363 North Yorkshire - Closed at the Town Street junction in Brandsby, because of snow.

Nice photos!, we got a couple of inches here in Scarborough right on the coast, when I was expecting a much quicker change to sleet and rain. It's a shame I've been poleaxed by a viral infection for the last few days so I have been unable to go out and shoot photos. I slept through all of this morning's snow I was so ill

Used to be my old route to work from Helmsley, it was a nightmare through Brandsby if there was some ice or snow
