Gentle wet snow in Stroud now for an hour, all roads and pavements wet, any lying snow left is under threat of melting! Is it coming or not!

I don't think it's stalled, the heavier stuff still seems to be heading north quite quickly. Snow getting heavier now.

i hope the cold air makes a apearnce soon :D

On the Precip Type NW radar I've been in the green (sleet) all night but the red (snow) has just started to get closer.

That's got to be a good sign.

My temp has been stuck at 0.8c for 2 hours now though!

Absolute chaos in parts of Devon. This is the M5 near Exeter ... well it would be if you could even make out the carriageway:

Hope it's clear by about 11.30am tomorrow. What's the name of the hill one has to go up on way to Torquay?

Sorry, I'm focusing on Wales.

I meant it seems to have stalled or slowed a lot in terms of its northern boundary

Meanwhile the heavier stuff continues to pulse northwards through the southwest

Bristle Boy, unfortunately it is Haldon Hill, the very same hill that is currently blocked.

Do you think it'll be cleared by tomorrow midday? esp if a thaw sets in. Is there another route to torbay?
