Has anyone else notice the huge rainfall totals over central Ireland over the last 24 hours?

Just to the east and north east of Lough Derg the Net Weather accumulation chart shows a fairly large area with more than 100mm and a smaller area approaching 200mm which, if accurate, is a phenomenal amount of rain.

Virtually the whole of central Ireland seems to have had more than 40mm.

Do we have any members living in that area who could verify this?.
