Perhaps an nice addition would be some (low level) Christmas music to go with it? Or is that pushing bounds? I know some websites do it.

As long as you can set it to turn it on and off easy that is a very good idea,

Mmm thinking about it as stupid as this sounds it could well be breaking all kinds of copyright laws. If you play music out in a puclic place (which may include websites) you need a specific licence, usually a radio licences of some sort.

No, don't do a Xmas skin as I just get used to the purply glowy Xmas effort and then it's time to go back to boring old blue!! Bad enough that Teletext ends now......
