Apparently its snowing in Glos center.

we had a few lil flakes this morning.

Nothing since.

I love the view on sat24 you can actually see the snow on the sat images on the ground in the SE

snowing proper here now.. nearly moderate

noggin: to get icy roads though, something needs to fall outta the sky, because after the low DP last night and pretty strong wind everything has dried out completely.

Still -2C here with a DP of -5.6C so I think I shall start calling this a cold snap... lets hope it continues!

Getting heavier.

Stopped snowing here in Jersey for the time being and the shower activity seems to be diminishing somewhat. For the last 2 hours we have had gridlock...all flights currently cancelled to and from the island and all bus services cancelled. Thundersnow reported at the height of our whiteout too!

Not that heavy.

It looks heavy, but its only small flakes.

Most of it is melting due to it not being "heavy"

It looks like it gets more like proper snow, then stops.

There is something blowing about in the wind out there but its hardly worth mentioning, but perhaps its the start of things to come...? It is bitter out though.
