Looks like its pepping up a bit on the radar, inching slowly in the right direction, a possible bonus in the slow arrival is it gives temps a chance to back off a bit more and at my altitude its crucial!

The cloud is the heaviest lowest clloud I've seen this winter, the wind is 'breezy', the snow is pitiful! The band is starting to stall looking at the radar - hopefully a few more miles north and east though

Been a slow but steady start here and looking good for a while yet, starting to get heavier now and give a covering on services that didn't have snow previously. Temp is 0.1C

:) Considering that Somerset was supposed to be a main target (I know early doors, but still...) if you watch a last 2 hour anim it completely jumps Somerset and then builds across Dorset, Wiltshire and Bristol area :(

Welcome! Its tense in Glos at the moment - its barely moving. I've been 10 miles from it for nearly an hour! your guess as good as mine at the mo.
