everything now white here in Ramsgate after a heavy shower, plently of dark clouds on their way by the looks of it. Bring it on!

Blizzard Again.....this has got to be the heaviest snow if seen in long time!

So, in other words I am right on the borderline you reckon. Well I live up East Hill, which is technically east dartford but barely out the town centre so 51/49% in my favour perhaps? haha!!good.gif

Tho tbh I tend to find bexley borough has almost identical weather as Dartford itself.

True, but East Dartford has the edge over Bexley.

If I was to start driving along the A2/M2 Eastwards from here this is what I'd expect to see in the next 24 hours or so.

Here dry.

Dartford: Odd cloud

Northfleet: flurrys

Gravesend: snow showers mainly light

Strood: odd moderate snow shower

Gillingham: A cover of snow and more snow showers

Faversham: ok Snow cover more snow

Thanet/Canterbury/Dover/Folkestone: Lots of heavy snow showers merging together and drifting, good snow cover!

:rolleyes::cold::cold:

Right - it's below freezing and it's snowing but it's not laying on the roads or pavement where the sun got to it earlier...why's that? Roofs, cars and grass are laying though so can't grumble

Looks like that here updraft but not the roads

The reason Dover does realy well is all the high ground just inland from the port, its always that half degree colder up there. And of course the winds are on off shore with a NEly.

Hehe, yer, people are surprised how much snow Dover can get on that higher ground, in fact I think that Dover will do best out of this lot, was thinking of taking a drive out there but I seriously think I might get stuck in a drift later tonight!

Not looking good in Brightoncray.gif just sun and scattered clouds.

Patience...... much better that the heavier showers arrive after dark anyway, more likely to wake up to a covering tomorrow morning then. Radar showing a lot of shower activity over the southern North Sea.

I'm in strood at the moment and the small amount of snow we had earlier has all gone and its sunny! But there are some very dark and big clouds on the horizon.....doubt much will happen here though as looking on the radar they keep disappearing before they get to us!
