the cloud has finally broke to blue skies after a cloudy morning and early afternoon.

A cold morning with mins close to 1 degree. The day itself has been quite lovely after yesterdays gloom with lots of blue sky and sunshine though with a chilly breeze. Maxes of only 12 degrees proof of the colder airstream we are now enveloped in.

A mean of 6.5 degrees is quite cold for mid April, can see some colder means by the end of the weekend and into the start of next week.

Cooler again today with a max temp of 10.1C. The morning and early afternoon were cloudy but it brightened up later on to give some pleasant sunshine out of the breeze.

Cloudy again now though with a temperature of 5.9C.
