Harry you have it to come mate...Its a small Supercell B) only small one

I am mate, very much looking forward to it! It's still so so quiet here - window open, not even the slightest breeze - all I can here is the occasional car going past, not leaves rustling, blinds dead still...bizarre!

Slight changes afoot noticed during my pre-Question Time ciggie, LOL! Breeze starting to pick (quite a mild one) with some cloud to the W shift in a NNE direction. Still some extensive starry skies above though...not quite the atlantic storm as yet which is being experienced further West! :whistling:

Keeping my eye on this embedded storm developing in SE Ireland right now, would love to have a night time show should it decide to come this way.

Don't say that Pat, I'm West of the Irish Sea and I doubt they'll come back West for me.

Yes, seen the blizztung radar...they are SE Ireland. Would need the system to pull the front NNE/NE for a hit. Although the feature in the centre of Ireland I think will be heading my way this evening....would be good to see if it starts too get any activity soon as it does hold a very "TS" look about it.

The worst summer storm I can remember here now with horizontal rain and severe wind. We wait 4 weeks for rain and then it doesn't actually land !

Looks rough on the Exmouth seacam (live)

http://www.exmouthcam.co.uk/webcam/

September 7th 2009. I was in Exmouth. (Sandy Bay) Just watching the sea mist roll in. From 21ºc to 12ºc in the space of an hour was unbelievable.

As I type, Heavy rain and wind speed in excess of 30Mph. Not very mid-July-like!

Phil.
