UK Outlook for Friday 6 Oct 2017 to Sunday 15 Oct 2017:

Friday and Saturday will be dry for many parts of the UK with any showers confined to the northeast on Friday and far north on Saturday. It will be windy in the east and northeast with a risk of gales. Temperatures will be near or below normal with overnight frost and fog possible. Some cloud and rain will affect northern and western parts into the new week, while remaining largely fine across central and southern areas. There is a signal for more unsettled conditions developing by mid week, until the end of the period, with spells of rain and strong winds with drier, showery interludes. Confidence in detail becomes low by the end of the period, although temperatures are likely to be around normal with some cold nights likely.

UK Outlook for Saturday 7 Oct 2017 to Monday 16 Oct 2017:

Whilst some southeastern and eastern parts may stay mostly dry and bright this Saturday, cloud and occasional rain from the west will affect many other areas. Once the rain clears, clearer but more showery weather is likely for Sunday, with the showers most frequent in the north. Next week should then start with a northwest/southeast split; cloudy and wet in the north, but drier and brighter further south. Later in the week a generally more unsettled picture is likely with strong winds and rain becoming prevalent. The unsettled theme then looks set to remain through the rest of the period. Temperatures will generally be around normal though some chilly nights are likely with the risk of fog.

UK Outlook for Sunday 8 Oct 2017 to Tuesday 17 Oct 2017:

The changeable conditions are likely to persist into next week. Overnight rain should clear on Sunday but is replaced by a mixture of bright spells and the odd shower. Next week should then start with a northwest/southeast split in the weather; it will be often cloudy and wet in the north, but drier and brighter further south. Later in the week a generally more unsettled picture is likely across the UK, with strong winds and rain becoming prevalent and a risk of gales developing at times almost anywhere. The unsettled theme then looks set to remain through the rest of the period. Meanwhile, temperatures will generally be around normal, though some chilly nights are likely.

UK Outlook for Monday 9 Oct 2017 to Wednesday 18 Oct 2017:

Something of a northwest/southeast split is expected early next week. Fonts should bring cloud, rain and strong winds to northwestern parts, whilst further south and east it should be drier and brighter. Into the second half of next week and the following weekend it could be particularly unsettled with rain, heavy at times in many places. The best of the drier weather should still be in the south and southeast though showers or longer spells of rain are still likely across all parts. It will remain windy across many areas, with the risk of gales anywhere. Whilst temperatures will be around normal, any overnight frost should be limited due to the unsettled weather. By the end of the period there are some indications of some drier and brighter weather generally.

This is poor grammar, shouldn't the final words of the last sentence say during the end of the period..if something is 'becoming' you must refer to the end period. otherwise it should read, 'but colder during the beginning of the period'..

UK Outlook for Wednesday 11 Oct 2017 to Friday 20 Oct 2017:

Through next week and into the weekend the weather will be rather changeable, with spells of rain likely at times, especially in the northwest. It will be windy for most places too, with a risk of gales around exposed coasts and hills. The best of the drier weather should be in the south and southeast, but showers or longer spells of rain are still likely across all parts of the UK. Temperatures will be about where we would expect for the time of year in the northwest, but it could become locally rather warm in the south and east at times. By the end of the period there are indications of some drier and brighter weather generally.

UK Outlook for Saturday 21 Oct 2017 to Saturday 4 Nov 2017:

The weather at the beginning of this period looks likely to be largely dry and settled, although confidence is currently low. This would probably give bright but cold days with an increased risk of morning fog patches and overnight frosts. However, there a signs that the more changeable conditions are set to return. Bands of rain and showers are expected at times, but there should be some drier days in between. The wet weather will also bring the risk of strong winds and gales. Temperatures may be quite chilly at the start of this period, but should return to normal by early November.

If I was nit picking then there's another slight wording mistake, 'strong winds AND gales', surely gales are strong winds.

UK Outlook for Thursday 12 Oct 2017 to Saturday 21 Oct 2017:

Thursday starts on a rather unsettled note, looking towards the Atlantic for successive frontal systems. The north west will be the focus for strong winds and the heaviest, most persistent rain, with the south and east of the UK seeing drier and brighter conditions. All areas becoming rather mild, if not warm in the south east by Friday. Similar conditions are expected to remain through the weekend with the south and east having a good deal of dry, bright and warm weather. There are signals that these settled conditions may become more widely established across the UK by Monday. After this the signals become weaker, however it is more likely that we will see these drier and more settled conditions continuing but also with the increased risk of overnight frosts.

UK Outlook for Sunday 22 Oct 2017 to Sunday 5 Nov 2017:

At present, there is a great deal of uncertainty, but there are signals for more settled and dry conditions to be established at the start of the period. However, as we move into early November there becomes a greater chance of more unsettled conditions with bands of rain or showers interspersed with some drier days. Temperatures by this point could also dip below average for a time with some overnight frosts.

UK Outlook for Friday 13 Oct 2017 to Sunday 22 Oct 2017:

A northwest-southeast split is most likely throughout next weekend, with low pressure near Iceland. It will be wet and windy in the northwest with the rain slowly and erratically moving southeast. Brighter and drier in the southeast with some coastal drizzle possible in the southwest in the mornings. Temperatures will be warm for many, but feel cooler in strong winds in the northwest. Remaining unsettled and windy in the northwest next week, especially at first, while drier and brighter conditions are expected further southeast, with some weak rain bands at times. Temperatures returning to near normal by mid week with a risk of overnight frosts. There is a chance of more generally settled weather into the following weekend, giving brighter, cooler days with a risk of overnight frost and fog.

UK Outlook for Sunday 15 Oct 2017 to Tuesday 24 Oct 2017:

Sunday will probably be cloudy, wet and windy with heavy rain at times in much of Scotland and Northern Ireland. In contrast, most of England and Wales, and especially the southeast, are likely to remain brighter, dry and still fairly warm, with sunny spells. During next week and into next weekend it is set to remain mostly changeable and windy in the north and west, while drier and brighter conditions are expected to continue further southeast, with some weak rain bands at times. It will stay warm for the time of year in the southeast for the first few days but probably cool down to near normal by mid week, bringing a risk of overnight frosts by the end of the period.

During the rest of the period it is set to remain mostly changeable and windy in the north and west, while drier and brighter conditions are expected to continue further southeast, with some rain expected at times. It will stay warm for the time of year in the southeast for the first few days but probably cool down to near normal by mid week, bringing a risk of overnight frosts in any settled or clearer spells.
