You ain't got a bubble in your thermometer have you? You're about 3c above us and we're in a city 500ft up. I'd be surprised if we got a temperature inversion going on despite it being still.

No bubbles, Pit. I've got 5 different thermometers and they were all reading within 0.2c of each other. There was a noticeable inversion this morning when I went out on my bike, the temperature below about 200m felt about 3 or 4c lower than it was here although even at lower levels there were pockets of warm air at the top of small hills.

Currently warm and sunny with the temp' up to 19.0c and 3 oktas Alcu and Ci.

Today was strange to say the least. I didn't expect it to be this cool! There was little sun, perhaps 40 minutes of sun during the intervals, but it was cloudy (I predicted that myself looking at the sat images yesterday)

The maximum today was 19.9C but it fell rapidly after it this this high.

Went to wales today, it was constantly 11-12C with mist, and fully overcast. It felt very cold in a West/North West wind too. Not a pleasant day at all.

Currently we're on 11.9C with a very quick decline under clear skies.

Tomorrow should be better for us, Backtrack. High teens (maybe the isolated 20/21) and the difference tomorrow is less wind and plenty of sunshine!

Hmm, BBC think tomorrow won't be so nice, but they don't know anything.

I was having a look at the sat24 picture loop and it would appear that any cloud tomorrow should hold off until late afternoon at least. I hope so, I want just one more nice day from this spell. My arms legs and face are tanned, but the rest of me isn't. I want to work on that.

Probably 18C/19C which is still very decent for April :p
