How long is this likely to last now? is it going to end sooner then before, as in stopping in the morning rather than going on throughout tomorrow?

hadnt looked out for about 40 mins and just had a look and to my shock car are white and my patio and garden are starting to turn lol,if this gets a bit drier and colder we could get a bit tonight,i still think height will be the winner mind,as my mate in foggy brynna is still having just rain.

This is extremely frustrating. It's been a 75/25 rain/snow mix for 2 hours. I was expecting something more by this stage, especially being in the orange warning zone.

Oh yes pretty heavy snow here, sticking to all surfaces, roads are even white. We could get a decent covering after all.

Hi Barb, where exactly are you?????

dont fotget evaporative cooling, that will help dew points and temperature later as intensity increases

Good to see some reports of snow, just rain here in Swansea at the moment, sleet likely later as dew points continue to fall.

Front making very slow progress Eastwards looks like allot of its energy is also getting absorbed by the high ground of west Wales.
