Has anybody started noticing panic buying yet in the shops?

Would be a bit of an overreaction don't you think?

BBC London weather forecast:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2643743

On the right hand side just about 1/3rd of the way down. Looks tasty!

Cockroft even said a few of those snow showers tonight could push as far west as east London.

Who got excited when he said "Here it comes"?

*Hand up*

Umm. Dew Points this high would produce rain, surely?

I am thinking that and me being on coast too air temps be around +1c reckon, with on shore wind.i am going for 5cms of wet snow at best here and maybe just rain and sleet by morning, think west essex will do very well out of it,being on higher ground.

I think the totals are being heavily underestimated

I think higher ground in areas like Surrey and Sussex will get upwards of a foot of snow and Kent, Essex, East Anglia even more.

Last winter we did very well. I can remember noticing that at times we had had a lot more snow then the likes of Colchester and Chelmsford. We are further East so this should counteract being close to the sea. I have a feeling if the front stalls near us we could do very well :good:
