Whats the snow like is west manchester?

Never seen anything like this, normal depth is about 7cm ish, in the drifts in the CENTERS of the paths, the snow is well in excess of a foot. Temp down to -1.3C with ALOT of energy been injected in the last 20 mins.

Still heavy small flakes here, but its starting to build up a nice covering on roads/grass etc... if this continues for a few more hours could end up with 5cm at least

No! It needs to pivot and leave! Hate the snow. Snowing heavily over Horwich - it started at about 9am with light flurries. These were forecast, but it seems the heavier snow has come further north than anticipated late yesterday.

It's virtually stopped in "the red warning" area, don't think a red was justified to be honest considering how quickly it went through.
