I have looked at the Met office and the symbol for Friday is sleet as somebody has pointed out- but, there is no mention of any sleety precipitation on any of the forecasts tonight or indeed on the Netweather or Metcheck forecasts - where have they picked up the sleety signal?

Quite an interesting rhyming slang 'aris', for anyone remotely interested, it derives from a double whammy of Aristotle = Bottle, Bottle and Glass = Ar*e, therefore just giving you the shortened version of 'aris'......(cockney parents).... moving swiftly back to the weather....

Gaw blimey....there's a George Raft in 'ere. But it's warm so I won't need to wear me Almonds tonight. The weather looks like its gonna be Reels o' cotton later. Glad I'm not having me Barnet done.

Oh, well, I'm off to close me Mince Pies now. G'night all. :D
