I did read a tweet from the met office that they may put warnings out for snow and wait for it freezing rain!!!!!!!

Well if freezing rain happens, it will be a new experiance for me, I guess once I see it, I'll never want to see it again though.

you are spot on..frost will linger all day and being frosty will keep it cold...just one thing though if its a cloudy high then that will keep temps up

Hi Gaz

Would obviously hinge on the exact position of the high and from what direction it was pulling the wind in from.

I would say if it was to sit over us as predicted it would give cold nights -5 or possibly lower and daytime temps

of around +7.

Btw,

AM, promise not to do anymore Essex Ladies jokes. I mean take Jo S.(Ongar), the other night, she went out in the worst of the weather to measure her depth, 3 parts to the wind, lost her white stillettos and handbag, did she complain, none of it.

Come to think of it, she was probably seeing double and only had 4 cms really but shes game and up for a laugh and thats the bottom line. She'll kill me, when she sees this! mega_shok.gif

Cheers,

Tom.

Hi all

Just a question

How can I Quote a post from a previous thread

Thanks good.gif

If the thread is locked you won't be able to directly quote the post but you can copy and paste the text and enclose it in quote brackets - just make sure you say who said it and when or I think you can link back to the previous thread by copying the link address in the top right hand corner which you should see if you right click the post number #

(well I can do this so I assume you all can too and it's not a moderation thing ?)

Hope this helps good.gif

Lottie, I think you just highlight the part of the quote you want, then right click, copy and then paste it where you want to

post it.

Cheers,

Tom

Cold cold cold here. But the pancakes Mrs LeighD made me are keeping me warm inside. Not like our children who decided to have loads of ice cream on them. Infact my youngest wanted sausage, sugar, lemon and ice cream in one (don't think so) :-) enjoy your evening tossing, everyone..... BTW I have a temp of 2c and DP -2.
