Quite a nice day today considering how wet and miserable it's been in southern areas.

I saw more snow falling in this shower last March and longer in duration than at any stage during this winter just ending.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpwdNCtQ5cs

 

Same here that day, my coldest minimum this season was on 26th Nov at -3.5C, today 2nd coldest at -2.8C

I think the Winter is truly over now and its time to accept this Winter one of the stormiest and mildest. Roll on the wash out Summer and hopefully next Winter will come early.

Might get our winter yet if the Ukraine crisis gets worse , all be it a nuclear winter !!....

I don't think we'd get to enjoy a winter at all. With today's nuclear weapons being much more advanced than the Atomic Bombs in WWII, the severe amounts of radiation given out would most likely end all life on Earth over the course of a few weeks.

please don't take my post seriously just a bit of gallows humour !!:)......
