I have my eyes on the showers to the south of London, if these can develop this may just give us in the Midlands a chance of something.

The weather front is now starting to move away very slowly to the NE. I can see brighter weather to the S, now. Fingers crossed.

Back end of the main body of precip moving through here (Grantham).

Good signs of convection, the pic is taken to the East ( so sort of just sth of sleaford way), the video to the west.

Apologies for the naffness, spur of the moment stuff!

Rain looks set until well into the evening for West Wales, not heavy so far, but a good 20mm looks on the cards, 4mm so far since 10am.

The cells to the SW look heavy on radar, lets hope they get here without fading away.

The showers to my SW are dying but I have faith that this coming sun might get things going.

Lots of towers going up around Ipswich. After all the rain this morning and now some warm sun, we will 'probably' 'maybe' 'hopefully' see some T&L later. :)

Some sferics popping up over Sussex/west Kent recently, more spilling over the Channel from Nern France. Some darker clouds now gathering towards S/SE London looking from my office near Heathrow.

Developing showers also in-between Cambridge and Peterborough, hopefully heading this way.
