Well after quite a bit of constant rain and dull and boring and coolish most of the day this evening we have blue skies and sunshine and very muggy and warm!

Did anyone see the hailstones in the Belgium game it got stopped they were huge! Go on youtube search Belgium v Tunisia hailstones!

Well a reasonable start to the day with a little storm activity culminated in a complete waste of time and money for me. Still, I know the risk when I go out chasing, especially in these plume "capped" type set ups.

 

I am quite surprised to see storms still going off for a lucky few. I would love to get a surprise storm tonight but I cannot see it being on the cards. Tomorrow evening could provide some storms and then Monday looks interesting once more.

Frequent sferics from cells to my south-east. Can hear distant thunder. Not sure if any of them will hit me though.

Could be some surprises tomorrow with some half decent CAPE around, much better values than today for some areas.
