Cold with rain all day, particularly heavy early afternoon.  We're in the middle of a bit of a lull now but the radar shows more heavy rain on the way.  Around 30mm so far, with a chance of exceeding 50mm by the end of the day making it the wettest day here for several years.  Maximum 16.2 (early morning), minimum 13.5 (now).  Wind moderate NE.
