This SSW looks like it could produce a well below average end to the month so I wouldn't be dusting off the old BBQ just yet.

Another chance of snow showers this evening and overnight.

Don't think there will be much excitement about it, everyone looking forward to spring and summer.

** Weather warning now issued aswell

Not much for low levels. To marginal. Over 200 metres could be good but that really knocks out most on here having that elevation.

That's over 800 feet.  I doubt any  more than a couple of percent of the population live that high.

Lots of snow reports across Western Ireland at low level. I was surprised to see it properly snow this early at my altitude having read the M.O warning

Well the MET got it wrong Wednesday night and Northern counties got next to no snow so fingers crossed tonight

Temp 1.2C here, DP of -0.1C. So anything falling should be pretty wintry now.

Yeah the areas in NI fc to receive most got the least. Met Eireann had 1-3cm for Donegal and over 2.5 inches accumulated. I was lucky had continuous snow for 2 hours. Snowing currently in parts of Connacht and it isn't included in Met Eireann snow warning which doesn't even kick in until midnight. Plus the surprise snow on Sunday night, its not their best week for any of them ha. Started snowing here again cars white

Plenty of showers out West the past while. Keeping an eye on the precip making its way back West at the minute. Looks light at the minute but you never know.

That's the most snow iv had all year . That's a bit more than 1-2 cm possible on low ground. 2-3 inches i reckon in parts of Co.Down  None down the rd in Belfast at all and raining in Belfast
