There is so much snow here it will take a day or so to thaw. And looking at things, maybe precip will turn back to Snow later ?

Thaw setting in here, bits of rain and drip, drip, drip.... Still a covering on grassy areas and car tops but the roads and pavements turning very slushy with people traffic.

Same here - starting to hear drip drip drip now. Would be good to get clear skies later to freeze what will be left, not going to happen though looking at the forecast, looks like staying cloudy with some sleet most of the night then brightening up tomorrow which will thaw the rest

Looks like the front is now heading South. If you look at Leeds, the clearance came fro the south but has gone back the way it came so Leeds back in precipitation.

You've probably got the rest of the Rya to enjoy this! Temps up tomorrow would probably see quite a quick thaw. Nothing left here since about 2pm.

Rain here now and I expect it will stay that way, until it clears.  The snow line probably above 300m+ now and should still be a decent covering over the hills to see tomorrow.

It had even turned to rain at 300m though earlier but had dumped a big amount first though.

This snow ain't going nowhere soon. Can't believe there's no ice warning for the region!

Sleet here. Maybe it will go to snow in the heavier bursts.
