exactly, will be accurate that,

I think 2015 stayed pretty close to the CET pattern of 1974 and, continuing the trend,  I'm going for 2016 taking after 1975

So it's a 8.5C for me...a couple of points up on 1975 for warming climate reasons

I will go for 8.4C, there could be some warmer and colder periods, but dry weather will probably dominate for lengthy periods so again it is a case of where high pressure sets up.
