Rainfall radar looking a bit more optimistic now and the MetO forecast is showing sunshine from 13.00 for us and a max of 19°C.  We shall see.

Cloudy here too although I can see a lot of blue sky to the south. A bit cool in the breeze again. 15.5°C

After being delayed by 20 minutes and missing 2 connections, finally back in Salisbury. Yep, still grey.

Finally the skies started clearing and the suns out. 16.3°C

Three and a half hours after it should have cleared, we've still got six eighths cover here, very breezy and feeling humid too.

Blue skies now and feeling warmer than it was although I wish the breeze would stop as it’s still not particularly warm. 16.3°C

Another fine day although not quite as much sunshine as yesterday and as a result the max did not beat yesterday's.

32mm of rain this month of which 22mm came in one day! In April there were 46mm of which 29mm came in one day! 

There have only been those two properly wet days since 17th March! In fact there has only 79.5mm since 17th March.

Quite an oddity to not have got to 23c in May, only 9 days got above 20c.
