3-5 cms here now and still snowing steadily,  just waiting for the sun to rise so I can take some pics lol.

Not really settling on the roads here, to be honest the roads look ok in most places.

Not so sure about rain thursday , perhaps far south yes but 20 miles inland more snow. Been trending that way. Oh well better get ready for my walk down my hill for a bus that certainly wont turn up

Good start to the day guys! Is this in for the day now? Any heavier stuff forecast?

Managed a nice few cm here except on the roads and still snowing though lighter now

Well as expected a great fall overnight. Best since TBFTE in 2018 here. We’ve been in the perfect place here near Aberdare under the brighter returns most of the night. I’m guessing 5-7 cms but I’ll get out with a tape once out of bed.

Yes this is the most we have had since 2018, had 2ft in Barry back then mind but I lived in Bridgend then sadly which didn't get as much, probably never see that again! Though we did get a little dusting in Barry for a few hours in 2021

Gradually weaking now briefly clearing ,more snow by midday pushing in heavier pp  Milder air close can pp stay as snow looks like it turn back to rain on coast ,central north Wales CUT off come Friday!

The snow is quite powdery like it was in 2018, watching it blowing off the rooftops in the strong easterly wind
