Some chance of severe weather tomorrow afternoon. Fingers crossed.

Netweather's Nick Finnis confirms the possibility:

I can see the usual stormshield is doing it's job for us in W-S-M.

Seems to be decaying before it gets to us, but to the South & East the storms are going strong.

Genuinely hilarious! The one day I am going out at 16.30 is the one day a storm is approaching my location at the same time!

The wind suddenly started to increase "Aha, rain on the way, thinks I". Wrong, this little puppy had 5 drops and that was it, which was fortunate as I still had about 10mins work to do in the garden.

As for the good stuff, it looks as though it will miss us (in the main). Is it going to another one of those "Close but no cigar summer and storms, I wonder?".

Raining with thunder sounds like it's going passed us again seen a couple of flashes. Better than earlier which was one rumble and a minute  of rain.

North Somerset is the place to live if you don't like thunderstorms or snow.

I really need to move 😩
