Lot's of sunshine today! Temp made it to 13.7°C

My forecast has been showing the unsettled weather for the last 3 or 4 days. The October rainfall total is going to increase a lot I expect?!

Morning All, after an overnight low of 2.4°C at: 02:57, the temperature has been rising slowly to the current 11.0°C , RH 74% with a 9mph light breeze in from the E, with some patchy sunshine.

Well my bike ride into work this morning was 'brisk' I am certainly not used to 4c after the exceptional warmth we have enjoyed over the past few months.

 

Anyway, ready for Winter 23/24 now bring it on!

Exactly. It was a bit of a shock. Still had my shorts on, by force of habit. At least it was sunny earlier.

Cloudy and cold now. Not very pleasant.

4c! Was 1c here on school run. I nearly died.

Why is it cloudy again? Thought we were in a northerly?! Come on i've seen enough cloud this sodding year!

Today has felt like one of those Spring days where it wants to try and be warm, but fails because Winter wants to still claw away at you with a nagging easterly wind.

Had the heating on for the first time this season this evening as the house was quite cold without the sun being out today.

Cloudy all day apart from a brief sunny spell this afternoon. Reached 12.4°C

From Above a fair amount of cloud around, but still sunny spells here
