Several wintry flurries here on the hill today (another just as i type), went out for a walk at lunchtime and yikes that wind is bitter, massive shock to the system after last weeks weather

Had a sleet shower here earlier and a hail shower which briefly turned to sleet before it stopped just now. 
 

Reached 7.8°C although after the last shower it’s only 4.3°C at the moment.

Just started snowing here after a few light sleet showers earlier.

Now, 5.9c, 1010.0 hPa, northerly wind 12-16mph with plenty of 18-23mph gusts
We had a high of 8c at 1pm and the low was 3c at 7:20am

I have been watching the live feed of the Peregrine falcon nesting up on Salisbury Cathedal  boy she looks cold.

Numerous hail and snow showers with very gusty winds up to 48mph! The bins have taken a bit of a battering !

We have them on the top of Winchester cathedral too!

Morning All, a cool night with a low of -0.0°C at: 07:04 has edged it's way  up to 7.1°C currently, RH59% and a 10mph northerly breeze. After a cloud free start this morning we are now in to sunny spells with broken cloud, from above:

Has to be said first day of retirement feels like the last day of work, but minus the conference calls! I'm sure it'll change once I become mobile again (2weeks)..until then more time to read the forum!

Overnight low of -6c! Coldest night of the year!

A nice dry sunny day yesterday made it feel warmer outside than it was, temp was mostly 7-8c during the morning and afternoon hours, but rose to 10c early evening.
Was 4c at midnight.
Low of 0c at 5:30am and a very slight frost.
Now, bright sunshine, 7.2c, very light northerly wind

Sightly less cold then yesterday but no longer sunny, just dull for most of the day so far
