All looking good, even for my own no-storm zone here in Reigate! But we really could do with the sun coming through here. We have a very determine bank of cloud sitting over us and virtually no glimpse of the sun.

Chase is on the cards today. Going to head down to the M4 corridor, I think somewhere just west of Reading and that should give me plenty of time to make any calls.

Mix of both really mate, for more active thunderstorms we do need some sunny spells to develop.

We're getting sunny spells- but it's very murky and not at all encouraging here

Had a huge thunderstorm here around 1 o clock. There was thunder lightning along with a seriously heavy downpour accompanied with heavy bouncing hail. Quite a spectacle really. All calmed down now though.

Angry looking skies but nothing of note yet. Waiting till the evening realistically.

Believe I just heard a faint rumble of thunder here in Bristol, although I wasn't really paying attention. Looking on lightning radars it does seem like something is trying to come my way!

Main line has passed through, and now I'm wondering if I can get to work without getting soaked- just depends if what's south of Ironbridge is heading my way or not.

I'm in Yeovil and can hear loads of rumbles but not seen anything yet. Looks to be building to my west but blowing up to my East
