CoventryWeather Im in Sandbach, about 20 mins away from Stoke...and the squall line was very intense but didnt last long. But under it lots of lightning, hail and rain but I did notice the wind was swirling as the rain was wrapping around so I can see why it could of produced a tornado. Incredible.

Hail shower forced down by strong wind set off car alarms and turned hills white, made quite a noise. Wow.

Terrific storm going on near Beckington and Frome. Just over pea sized hail and a good few crashes of thunder so far. Been hailing for about 15-20 mins now.

The Buzzard storm shield in full effect. Another storm line that parts into two as it approaches me. Genuinely funny how many times it happens.

Love to know if someone clever knows why.

Woah, the hail just went crazy!

I thought it was the wind, but then I looked out my window and saw a massive blast of hail, practically all sideways!
No thunder or lightning. Recording it just in case, but damn, that was cool.

nice structure here of a storm that was moving away by the time it produced lightning, wasn't prepared but caught a lovely anvil

 Thunders Was that looking West?

Had a hail producer that turned the ground white at 6pm together with straight line winds of 38mph gusting to 57mph.

Some of the wildest weather in some  time.

Looks like the same cell that bought a large tree down in Hassocks and blocked the road ,power lines down too.

A road is closed after a tree fell in strong winds.
