Looks like the GFS had the best handle on this from a few days ago. UKMO had a bit of a nightmare.

For those who see snow, enjoy.

Wet wet wet was never invested in this spell burnt to many times and teleconnections and long range models will never be looked at again one big massive fail this winter along with SSW not looking forward to a cold miserable spring thankfully I'm off to Philippines just after paddy's day.

booferking 100% Agree very poor winter as it stands and sun rapidly gaining strength I dont have much hope for rest of it. Compared to what long term and teleconnections promised what a let down

Very little in way of snow at the highest elevations as well this year

A definite let down for tomorrow by the looks of things and nothing really showing in the charts for the foreseeable. Might just see a few flakes tomorrow through the rain.

Don’t know why there is such doom from our northern members! Looks like you guys up north will have settling snow tomorrow but us in the greater Dublin snow shield area have to worry about flooding…

Some fella on the Welsh forum lives at 1000 feet in Snowdonia, and it's rain for him, so what hope do we have?

We had graupel at 100m asl in Dublin this morning, temp was 1.5c, up to 4c and  heavy rain has eased to misty rain, which will last all day probably here

Getting rather white on the way into Belfast on Ballyutoag Road.  Blizzard conditions, roads getting bad.

Turning less white as you go more into Belfast
