Snow line just over me as can see settled snow on the tops.

Morning all.  A bit chilly, 2.7°C and alot of cloud about.  Macc escaped any hail or rain last night, in fact it was nice to see the bright moon and some stars for a change.  Ground is still wet though.

Snow has fallen down to the top of Scales Fell on Blencathra and to Wolf Crags on The Old Coach Road on the other side of the valley. Nice to see snow on the tops again.

This is how sad this Winter has become, a couple of pages of reported hail lol - Pathetic isn't it!

Off to Scotland shortly be interesting to see snow cover on various fells I pass en route to Kilmarnock,heavy hail shower overnight

3ºC and numerous heavy hail showers here... I can see blue between the clouds too; very unusual

Morning all on another wet, cold and grayish morning. 

Off to York in 10 minutes by train. £8 return for 4 of us. Cant do better than that.

Heavy showers here in Somerset… Neil our decorator back at home said it was snowing in greenfield last night and Holme moss coming over this morning…

Maybe that's because I'm off out for breakfast with my daughter before she heads to Wales with her mates for her Birthday weekend. Mine starts now

Heard hail here too last night.       Temp min overnight 3.3C.

Also at edge of dark I saw a round yellow thing briefly.  Took me a while to realise it was the moon.  Such a long time since we've seen a bit of a break in cloud cover.   Hoping for some blue sky slots now and then today.

A dusting of snow on higher ground, can only view the east side of southern fells, Coniston range, Bowfell - Great End, Scafell Pike and Crinkles. There appears to be more on Bowfell area. Snowline approx 450m.

needs just another 2.8mm for this Feb to be ten times wetter than last Feb. Last Feb was admittedly very dry.
