You can see Orion really easily in the starry photo,  the Aurora is photo is facing due North I assume?

Miserable today, like most days this winter. The theme continues. Its been very wet with overcast skies rain most of the day, with further wet weather forecast tonight, a weather warning has been issued with 20-30 mm and possibly 40-50 mm in a few places. Truly miserable.

It’s high time we had a really extended spell of warm sunny Spring like weather.  I’m absolutely fed up with wet, foggy, drizzly, cloudy, cool, windy and grey.  I want some warm sun to dry out the soggy ground and the mud and puddles which have been plaguing the lanes round here for months now.  Let’s have a warm and dry April - PLEASE
