Yep, certainly fun while it lasted though, thawing now as well. -
Feed the birds all year round but at times like this I'm putting even more food out and for the pigeons too.

Very jealous of you lot in that heavy precipitation, I swear it's moving west at a snails pace, well the brighter echos are within it.

The patch of precipitation doesn't appear to be moving, but the brighter echos within the area seem to be moving slowly west so it could get heavier at times.

Annoying being right on the western edge of that patch of heavy precipitation to the east.

Just took a walk to the local pond to feed the ducks, poor things were starving hungry.

So nice seeing all the snow reports on the news for the south and south west, instead of usually everywhere else in the country but the south and south west!

Oh and it's started snowing again with decent size flakes.

Nooo, precipitation is breaking up, can't see the heavy snow all night the met have down for this area. Just got back from a late midnight stroll.

Grt yourself one of those ledlenser led torches, bright as hell, the one I have can either flood nearby with light or reach 250m away on high focus. They're expensive but I snapped one up half price on amazon last week.

Wonder if that heavy band of showers could enhance the weather front precipitation.

Just wish the precipitation was as heavy as those showers heading into Cornwall.

Just checked my met office app and it shows continuous snow right through till 2pm tomorrow afternoon, surely that can't be right! Not that I'm complaining lol

Well it took long enough but we have snow starting to settle, still only small flakes, need that heavier band to reach here so I can join in with seeing the 50p size snowflakes lol

The snow we have falling now is the heaviest it's been since the front first reached these parts, still nothing compared to what others have and are experiencing though.

Check the radar, oh look, now brighter echo's have suddenly appeared just to the north of us ***must not swear!!! ***
