  1. Lovely is not how I'd describe 20C nights and as for some of the potential daytime temperatures been indicated , far too hot for me and I certainly hope it doesn't come off like that , warm dry and settled certainly but nothing that extreme
  2. Was there anything thunder wise with that line that has just passed through birmingham in the last 30 mins
  3. Yep latest forecast from the beeb flags up the potential of thundery showers/storms but said they won't be too many even if they form and even the ones trying to come up from France seem to be struggling to cross the channel and as time goes on the risk is pushed further eastwards
  4. according to how the models are currently been described as far as I know YES I THINK
  5. I'll also be watching the netweather radar but for completely different reasons
  6. The Current BBC forecast do have the showers/storms worse by this evening in the midlands/East Anglia/SE England unfortunately for me but I've seen them before forecast and forecast and forecast and then 2 or 3 hours later change their forecast quite significantly I'll just wait and see
  7. latest forecast from BBC News 24 Shows focus for downpours coming up from continent affecting SE England and east East Anglia with showers elsewhere which could be heavy at times and also heavy rain in the SW and possibly into Wales so the more E and SE you go the worse the weather will tend to be
  8. BBC forecast just on BBC1 doesn't show 30+ on wednesday just a maximum of 25 -26 in the SE and that all depends on cloud breaks and then back down to 16 on so on thursday because they show the warm air been swept away a lot seems to depend how far that warm front gets northwards with the warm/hot humid air behind it and though thundery showers are possible according to the BBC their forecast is for mainly dry weather but they do state a lot of uncertainy so nothing is as clear cut as it appears and on a purely selfish note I hope the hot/humid air and thundery showers stays down south as I hate all of that
  9. Hmm Umbrella sales must be down either that or the daily star is trying to compete with the express for most idiotic weather story
  10. Tragic Loss Watched them on Storm Chasers and They were always safety first RIP Guys
  11. Looks like the weather is determined to get back into full swing now that the olympics are almost over
  12. going on a day trip to york on Friday with a group of OAP's to help out and thought it was going to be nice weather , how is looking at the moment for friday even though I know it'll probably change by then

  16. rain doesn't look as intense on them as that earlier one it's touch and go I think
  17. BBC 24 forecast had all these showers/storms/beasts moving into n/ne england this afternoon and drying up behind with the possibility of a isolated heavy downpour through parts of the midlands it says
