    Woohoo! that's more like it. 2 VERY close strikes and lots of other strikes with incredibly loud thunder, lot's of thunder and torrential rain. haven't seen stuff like this in years. I haven't got a you tube account and don't really want to start one, but I'm happy to share the video i just captured with you all if anyone would be so kind as to put it up on their account and I'll send you the video.

    Much better! Lots of thunder. the lightening was unfortunately hidden by clouds but you could see where it lit up. Any more?

    Where the hell was this? We got the heavy rain and some rumbles and one flash (but that was in the clouds). No fair! And I'm only a couple of miles away.

    Gone very 'calm before the storm' here. Constant rumbling in the distant now. if there is any justice in the world we will get a good storm. COME ON!

    I don't have the NW radar, I'm too cheap! If I don't get something I may actually cry. i have waited YEARS for a good storm.

    According to forcasts NW Kent is due thunderstorm sta about 3pm, do we think that will happen?
